As above, which is best (especially for a job in the US). All are accredited.

    4 year MEng at Bath
    4 year MEng at Newcastle
    4 year MEng at Leeds
4 year MEng with year in industry at Manchester

    Thanks.

you can do a year in industry at all of those universities and it's pretty much required nowadays, for America the international rep of Manchester is better than the others.
all of them are good universities with strong engineering departments

    If I had to arbitrarily order them i would say 1.Manchester 2.Bath 3.Newcastle 4.Leeds

but other than international rep any choice would be fine. The important thing is to get your experience, get on a grad scheme and get chartered CEng as quickly as possible.
in order to stand the best chance of moving to the US, because getting visa's and work permits is hard if you don't already have a job offer and getting one most of the time requires experience
