What would your graduate prospects be if you got a 3rd class degree in Media and Communications BA from London Met? Would it actually be better to not have a degree?

For a degree to be good, it must satisfy three conditions:

    1) The awarding university must be reputable (University should be Russell Group member and have an average ranking of around 20 across all league tables)

    2) The course must be academically challenging and rigorous (no Mickey Mouse degrees nor degrees which have a high quantity of coursework)

    3) The degree classification should be no lower than a 2:1 (in most cases)

Surely the degree in question fails all three of those conditions. I honestly think people should be able to renounce their degree or have it expunged from the University records.
