In the past few months, I have lost a hell of a lot of weight, to the point where I'm extremely worried now!
I am a 22 year old female, about 5"3 and weigh just over 7 and a half stone! I used to be 8 and a half - felt and looked really healthy, lots of energy etc. I think I've lost weight due to the stress of being in my final year at Uni, that really wouldn't surprise me.

Anyhow, there's so much focus out there on weightloss and even muscle-gain but little on actual weight gain.

Does anyone have any helpful tips, other than "eat more" please... ?

Maybe you should go to your doctors just to check everything is okay?
Anyway, you can buy this thing called 'Complan' in supermarkets and pharmacies. I like to call it 'fat fast' because in essence it's similar to slim fast but for the opposite reason. You mix the powder with milk to make a milkshake and it's basically provides the nutrition of a meal. So if you have it along side your normal diet you're consuming more calories, and therefore should gain weight. I'd steer away from the soups. They usually taste a bit strange.
I was on the prescription version called 'fortisip' for quite a while and they do work.
