Currently trying doing some touch up work before school starts and finding it very disheartening.

I think I understand the basic concepts of the topics however when I try to do a C1 solomon paper, I end up having no clue on how to do some of the questions.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can tackle the harder questions?

I've done most of the questions in my text book and they are fine, but its when I do a paper, everything goes pear-shaped.

    Thanks in advance

Without knowing what you think are "hard question", all I can say is do more past papers and so you understand the exam technique for them aswell.

It's been a while, but I always remembered Solomon papers being harder than the previous years papers (I took Edexcel) so I'd try those first
