Bloating and tenderness Watch

Hello, well would like to remain anon as symptoms aren't too nice

A few days ago, I assumed I had caught a stomach bug after suffering mild diarrhoea and a upset stomach on the evening. I went to bed early as I was feeling exceptionally nauseous.

I woke up the next day and had no diarrhoea but still feeling sick and my stomach was doing back flips. Since then, I have been unable to eat anything more than 1 moderate sized meal and no snacks virtually, without suffering bloating and/or diarrhoea and tenderness in my stomach. I also have got a lot of wind
I stick to plainish foods. Not as plain as rice and chicken breast but not excessively indulgent or rich either. Its starting to bug me a bit as normally I like my food and have a good appetite and try to eat small and often, but now I can hardly eat without feeling sick.

    Please help!
