    Is feeling emotionally hurt all the time bad for your mental health? I've lost touch with how I feel. Things in the past are coming back and things now are constantly hurting. The weird thing is, I can't even tell if I'm unhappy or sad because its making me feel numb.

    If I knew druggies I'd probably be on them by now, but luckily I have no access to drugs. I've never taken drugs, of that sort, but I so need a better time.

    Yes, it's damaging. You need to feel a sense of fluidity in your thoughts. When a negative thought occurs in your mind, just don't hold on to it. Touch upon it, then let it go. I or helps, focus your attention on something, like the minute details of a nearby object.

    I think that helps. I get in an unhealthy deep thought routine when I feel hurt and I hope this year will see a new change. Thanks.
