Based on the app on my phone, your annual wage would be £14,400.

The app on my phone says this would mean you would pay £2,245.64 in combined Tax and NI annually. Meaning you would be deducted £187.14 per month - leaving you £1,012.86 per month.

You do really need to work this out yourself though as your circumstances might differ. This is based on a personal allowance of £7470 P/A paying 20% tax.

Your app is out of date then - the current personal allowance is £8105.

OP - try sticking some figures into here: http://www.thesalarycalculator.co.uk/
