I don't think he is, at the bottom of the link I gave it gives a link to his page and there is nothing there saying he is did.
He hasn't aged very much, he looks the some now as he was when I was watching him 15 years ago.

He was good though on finders keepers but artattack was not nearly as good as hartbeat.
