    Hi there!

Thanks for checking out my query. Does anyone know the difference between studying English Literature and Classics. I noticed that Classics can only be studied at MA!

    Thank you!

Classics is offered at a number of institutions for undergraduates...Classics is primarily to do with the languages Latin and Ancient Greek as well classical civilization i.e. the Mycenaean Period through the Dark and Archaic Periods into the classical. A lot of classics courses also feature the Roman Empire too. As a rough idea, the periods are between 1600 BC to about 300 AD.
