I'm sorry, but the urge became too much and... I just couldn't resist any longer...

I won't be retrying. After 6 days I have only experienced negative effects such as deprivation of sleep and constant sexual thoughts (no matter how hard I tried to think of other things) that would distract me from work I was doing.

But thank you Sovr'gnChancellor£. It was interesting to see how long I could last and although I won't be trying again, I will always think of how amazing it is that you can go without your most strong and basic urge for several months at a time.

Good luck with the challenge everyone.

    Welcome theoutsider840!

5 am starts are brilliant! Then you can enjoy the day and the daylight fully and then go to bed at about 9 pm. I'd love to be able to do that again. I used to do it during my A2 exams and sometimes whilst I was in Sweden, during the long summers! Hopefully soon...

I woke up 6:30 am today without an alarm. So it seems like my sleep might be getting a bit better slowly. :yeah:

Yeah, after having 3 masturbations last night, I've woke up groggy as hell. So yeah I get the benefits of the challenge.

It's day 5 for me. I feel fine, there is some slight temptation before I fall asleep but other than that I'm finding it surprisingly easy, therefore I will report back later when I've inevitably ripped my **** off 4 times in a row.
