Did you guys find this hard at first?

Does it get easier over time or require even more Jedi like mind control?

If you go hands free does that count as masturbating?
Yes, if that's possible!? The goal is to abstain from ejaculation... irrespective of how you cause it.

The first 2 weeks are usually difficult and you get very strong urges, after that it becomes much easier

If you can ejaculate without using your hands does it count?
Not allowed unless it's happening as a result of something a girl is doing to you, or a wet dream.

Like everything in life its all about moderation. Too much fapping is a problem but no fapping at least for me anyway is ok after about 2 days and then I start getting randomly horny in situations that where I don’t want to be. Like trying to concentrate on work or every time I see a moderately attractive girl. I'm a 22 yo virgin, I have enough sexual restriction in my life so this all seems pointless as someone that doesn’t get any anyway. The first post mentions how fapping can lead to erectile dysfunction and although I would agree that I would believe sex to be less sensitive I really dont believe it would go as far as not being able to ejaculate. If anything it helps you last longer combined this with the fact that you haven’t ejaculated for months and I'm sure you probably wouldn’t last 5 minutes lol.

I started masturbating at the age of 13/14.

It started off as just that and then I slowly started to watch porn. Something that started off as just photos of a woman's breasts but then 4 years down the line I had moved onto pretty dark and twisted stuff.

It warped the way I view the world, how I interacted with the people in my life and how I viewed women. The rush of masturbation was addictive but I felt so low afterwards. I felt like I had very little self esteem and confidence in myself. It felt like it was damaging and corrupting my mind and a means of escape. Somewhere I would escape to instead of dealing with problems in the relationships of my family and my work, studies and education.

I would sometimes feel disgusted by the things I watched afterwards. I both enjoyed watching the women in porn and hated them. I hated all women.

I was in a dark place and it's not something I've fully recovered from yet.

Sorry about that bro, we're all gonna make it.

Yeah I am just doing it for Discipline and More Energy.

    1. Better Grades
    2. More girls in real life.

That's what I hope from this. Err I can finally do work on my Computer at Home Alone now without any urges to do anything else.

    Let's do this guys.
