    To all of you who claim that you are partaking in this exercise of wills in order to improve this and improve that...... do I take it that you are also abstaining from most sugary foods, all processed foods and are exercising 5 times a week? If not, you should really consider stopping the preaching that you are coming with because its frankly a joke if you say that you are doing it for X health benefits and yet are continuing to do other REAL unhealthy things.

    Orgasm is the strongest natural reward so in terms of the dopamine system, mood etc changes like fapping, not fapping, more sex etc have the most potential to induce change.

    Well done, you've surpassed the quota for saying nonsensical things as set out by the retard association.

    It has no potential to induce change in most people, it will just make you horny and make you more likely to want to sexually assault a woman if when alone she rejects your advances. Cutting out excess sugar and exercising however can and do have dramatic effects on people.

    I tried to do no fap March and lasted 9 days, it got to the point where if I was wearing tight jeans, and they rubbed slightly it could have been very embarrassing

    Oh man, this seems impossible The longest I've ever gone after my first 'discovery' was about 10 days, then one day.. .yeah.
    If these benefits are proven though, then I wouldn't mind trying to abstain, but I guess I gotta start slow, [no pun intended] and do a few days at a time, and increase gaps, rather than going cold turkey straight away

    Mr Brum, you do realize what you've said also fits the the criteria you very much stated.

    The penchant for sexually assaulting a women is a characteristic of someone with a mental deficiency, not a deficiency in sexual release. How presumptuous can one be?

    And before you ask, I quit eating processed foods and engage in regular exercise way before I started abstaining. However, whether or not someone is (or isn't) isn't really contextual to the thread now is it? Would you go to an Alcoholics anonymous forum and ask if anyone there has stopped eating junk food?
