    Yeah I know. I feel like doing some now. But one rest day(since I've been doing it the past week) will suffice. I've got the lining now too. :shades: It feels so good. Also noticed that when I use the exercise bike at my house when I finish I think I look hotter lol. Weird but I can feel the change once i've done it.

    I usually burn 250 calories in under 20 mins on the exercise bike. Is that any good? I'm always sweating like a pig and dead after and I can cycle 30-40 miles in one go without too much problems.

    Yes, that's very good. WIth many exercises, it's surprising how 'little' you burn in say, an hour (estimates give around 300+ calories an hour). Were you cycling vigorously?

    And about going to 'EASY' mode, well done! :congrats: Ultimately you should be more potent for your encounter, but do tell if the pleasure felt more powerful/stronger.

    Day 10! How glad I am to have reached so far! :proud:

    So what have my observations been these past few days? Well, here goes:

    Motivation

    This past week has arguably been a very good time to actually test motivation and see whether it's actually been affected, as I have had a few pieces of work due for next week.

    Ultimately, I can confidently say that I certainly had more motivation to tackle the work - as the week progressed, I found it much easier to employ a no-nonsense/no-dilly-dallying approach to working. In the end, I've gotten 85% of all the work done. I'll easily finish the remaining 15% in the next couple of days, as motivation is steadfast and ongoing due to the morale boost that has resulted from the Challenge.

    Mood

    Again, a big morale boost has resulted from taking up the challenge for the year. Mood has been constantly bright and upbeat for the past ten days. No low whatsoever.

    'Game'

    Ultimately, this area has seen less improvements than the other areas. But I attribute that to not having been through a full reboot yet - sexual energy is still in the 60-70% range (if we estimate!). So whilst I'm not being subconsciously forced by my urges to get out there and dazzles the lasses of the world; I do feel that I will soon fully reboot and be pushed out there by increasing sexual energies flowing around.

    Urges

    Urges came and went, but were mostly limited to mornings and brief periods in the afternoon. Not too many at the moment (hence why it's probably been easier for me than most people).

    Confidence

    Confidence has seen a real boost just like motivation. This has been confirmed by third parties (who are aware of when I am ultra-confident and when I'm not - when I'm not, being when I've tugged many-a-time!). Ultimately, it's now at stable and high regions.

    Sleep/Dreams

    Arguably one of the most improved areas. Deeper sleep and much more entertaining, vivid and sustained dreams. Sleep is now looked forward to much more, to the extent that I will now readily believe that dreams are simply a portal into an alternative universe (before, when over-tugging, dreams were crappy and dismissed as rubbish).

    Ambition

    Slowly rising. But just like the 'Game' area, it will rise increasingly as I reboot.

    (Basically, I've excitedly observed in past long periods of fapstitence/abstinence that my personal ambition/career ambition/life ambition mindset goes into overdrive and I just want to do everything and anything and be amazing. But ultimately there is a drawback to bustling and manic ambition at times - it just moves too fast ahead of actual life and existence and wants to get everything done now and make lots of money and be highly successful.)

    Even so, I feel personal ambition rising with each day. I'll be running for mayor soon! (Figure of speech! *At least I think/hope so!*)

    Drive/Energy

    This, too, is increasing day by day. There is certainly more ferocity and drive in exercise. There's certainly a sustained spring in my step. There's certainly a lot more general energy flowing around. Lethargy is completely lacking. Laziness has crawled away and died in a hole. There's ultimately a greater improvement than times of over-tugging.

    But of course I knew all of this anyway due to that long period in 2011 of four months without any whatsoever.

    All in all, it's all looking up and good. Natural highs are now much easier to come by (that's arguably one of the most things I miss when tugging regularly - the natural highs and enjoyment of those little things).

    P.S.

    Ultimately, the above may not apply to/happen for everyone. But I strangely always see such great improvements every time I practise fapstitence/abstinence - I really do believe that as my benefits are 'exaggerated' (as in, greatly pronounced and consciously sensed, not in terms of over-exaggeration) that my brain chemistry must be slightly different or particularly sensitive in such circumstances. Maybe genetic, no? :holmes:

    I'd ask myself the question or would love someone else to ask me when I have strong urges, why do I want to look at porn? Usually, when you get the urge, you don't think about it and just go and do the deed, with or without porn. I think we need to 'talk to ourselves' and find out what we need.

    Yes, there are nice girls/guys out there, but that is it. Usually, we don't know much about them, unless they are your friends. That's what I tell myself sometimes, that I do not know anything about them other than how they look.

    What do you do in your spare time? As many others are doing on this thread, keep yourself busy with other aspects of your life. Do some sports, meet up with some friends and talk to them. Take on anything else that interests you.

    Your post just reminded me, I should go and do some more touch-typing practice, its so useful.

    So, you've restarted today then?
    Yeah I cycle hard. Do a fat burn exercise on the 4th level(6 overall). My legs are killing me when I do it. running obviously is more high impact but even then I do 160 in ten mins.

    I used to cycle 30-40 miles every Saturday round Essex and back to London in 2-3 hrs without too much problems so I'm better than average. Had a place with a hill that went on for a good 10 mins but I liked the view, riding with no hands as well when on a good stretch of road.

    Today is day 7.

    The OP suggests I should have some kind of testosterone boost today (and so increased urges) but I'm not feeling anything of that sort luckily. I have however been feeling very positive, if a little tired from lack of quality sleep. Yesterday while shopping I noticed I was feeling pretty confident, but when it came to the crunch I didn't act any differently (e.g. make conversation with the cashier).

    My urges have steadily declined over time, and last night despite thinking some sexual thoughts before I fell asleep, I didn't have any particular urge to do anything with them. This is all welcome as far as I'm concerned.

    I'm starting to feel a sense of identity with fapstinence, increasingly thinking of myself more as a person who acts purposefully rather than at the mercy of his inherited desires. I've become quite convinced that this first week will have been the hardest, and so it's downhill for the rest of the year, so long as I guard against complacency.
