What should I do with them, they have been sitting on my desk in the same spot for about 5 months, I just haven't bothered to move them.

True story. So, what should I do with them? =)

Throw them in the bin, you can always go out and buy another pack can't you?

Could be bacteria or something harmful on it.

Break them into small pieces and use the crumbs as part of a cheesecake recipe. Substitute for 'digestives':

The biscuit has probably gone really soft but apart from that should be fine, the filling might have gone off though. If it was me I'd probably smell one and if it smelt fine then try a little bit. If they have gone off then you'll taste it and if you only had one little bite then it won't do any harm.

Are you 5? You should probably go get parental supervision if you're going to move them

I wouldn't eat them! Put them in the bin, they are surely gone off by now!

I had some jelly babies that were a good six months out of date. Had a load, did not feel well the next day ¬_¬
Left them on my desk for another three months before finally bringing myself to bin them (I LOVE jelly babies :'( )

You have an amazing amount of self-control, i salute you. They wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes on my desk.
