    I'm so confused!
I want to stay at home whilst attending Uni. I assumed that Colchester isn't that far from where I live, East London. But a lot of people are saying its going to cost me a bomb going to uni by train everyday!

can anyone tell me something different?!
    Thanks!

What course are you doing? I don't know anything about Essex, but there's a chance you might not be in University every day. That's something you won't know until you get your timetable, but you could ring up and ask what the likelihood of you being in every day is?

Also, even if you are that far away, it will cost you more to rent somewhere near Uni than it will to travel from home to Uni (even if you do have to go in every day).

So I say- stay at home in London.
