I'm applying for a job that has an online application. In the application, I have to answer some questions and then I have to upload my CV and a cover letter. My problem is that the questions are basically the things that I would write on my cover letter.
For example, " Please detail which transferable skills and personal qualities you possess that would make you successful when promoting a concept/product in a face to face situation".
Do you have any ideas on what I should do?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Just answer the questions and write what you've wanted in your cover letter Applications are just the way to select quickly candidates so later they could look deeper into the CV's and cover letters. Because of course there will be people applying for the job without required skills, so they just want to get rid off those who do not match their essential criteria Anyone else correct if I was wrong, am not pro at this.
