Postgraduate personal statement?

I have a potentially stupid question.

I'm finishing up my online application now, for a Politics course (MA - Politics and International Relations (Political Theory)), and can't for the life of me find where to upload my personal statement. Is a personal statement even required for this course? I simply can't find it anywhere. Nor can I find it on the department website:

If I'm not mistaken, it's the bit on the online application under the relevant experience section, the one that mentions how it must be answered in essay form, and how you should mention your reasons for applying for the programme and such.
