My application has been sent off and I went to check the details part and there's a mistake in one part.

For Chemistry in AS, I got an overall C which is correct but I put down the grades of each unit module

Unit 1: (Blank as I'm retaking
    Unit 2: B
    Unit 3: B

    Unit 2 should have been a C!

    I'm really scared now!
    What should I do?

I know that Cardiff have already received my app. None of the other unis have confirmed just yet.

You need to inform UCAS asap. You have another problem in that it sounds like you didn't declare your retake correctly - you needed to input the qualification twice.

I didn't declare my retakes properly, so I emailed UCAS and the universities I was applying to. UCAS told me they could change my application, but I'm better off just emailing the universities. They all emailed me back saying it was fine and they'd add it onto my application and it didn't affect any offers I'd received.

So just email your universities (or call them), I'm sure loads of people make mistakes with their grades as it's quite confusing it shouldn't be too much of a problem though

I have emailed the unis that have emailed me with confirmation that they've received my application. Should I still call ucas?

You can call them and they'll change your grades on your application, but it's still worth telling all of your unis just to make doubly sure that they know about the changes to your application.

Alternatively you could email them at qualificationssupportteam(at)uca s.ac.uk

Yeah, called up ucas and they gave me that email. I've emailed the email address they specified with the details. Should I expect a reply back?
