Hello I always get worse during christmas and exam period. My eating disorder is back and I have insomnia. I have not been able to revise because of my lack of sleep and depression. I am so worried about doing the exams which are next week. I wish I could do them another time when I feel better. I am going to fail. I am living a nightmare

I'm sorry to hear that. I must admit that I cannot help you because I'm in exactly the same boat, I developed anorexica about five years ago. Sometimes it feels like I've recovered, but it always comes back around exam time. I know it's to do with stress, and I've recently found a friend that has been able to help me through a lot, he's been a real life saver! So my only advice would be to maybe find someone that you can confide in, so when you're getting really bad they can recognise the signs and help to pull you out.

Good luck for your exams, you'll get through this! x
