UniLife private halls.

Hi.
I'm currently in halls at Portsmouth uni and looking into accommodation for next year. Unfortunately Il be moving out by myself, so have been looking at 1 bed flats or spare rooms in houses. Then I came across UniLife private halls. There cheapest room is what I currently pay now, and was simply wondering if anyone had any experience in these halls? Are they as nice as they look, worth the money ect? Thanks
