i hear durham give offers before jan to those with the best ums/application. i still havent heard from them yet. does that mean bad news? do people actually get offers late or only those who get rejected, get rejections late?
I picked up FM in my A2 year so I'm assuming that's why I got rejected. Good luck with your application, you have strong maths grades, I'm sure you'll get a place!

(i got 525/600 in AS maths and fm - 87.5%)
Don't worry. It's a general rule (but by no means set) that the earliest people to hear back from Durham are the strongest and the weakest candidates. They keep on replying to applications right through to about March or something, so it doesn't mean bad news.
