Really would appreciate an unofficial mark scheme :frown:

Was your watch length like 15.5?

I guess you mean wavelength?
I can't remember, but I know it was x10^-9
Think it went ok, could have gone better but yeah, grade boundaries are low so yay

What did you guys get for the v=krootT

Yeah sorry, De Broglie wavelength?

Yeah, I'm not sure but it was x10^-9 and the spacing was something x10^-10

What question was this for?

please
Not having this mark scheme is killing me! :/

feel like i've done so bad at this rate. someone upload a mark scheme?
Omg for that first Resistivity question, the shape had dimensions:
width: 1.2*10^-3
length: 1.5*10^-2
height: 1.5*10^-2

Instead of finding the Cross-Sectional Area, I, for some stupid reason, found the volume of the cuboid. s***, s***, s***.

Such easy marks lost.

also got 1500 and 4500 for the other Resistance question!

errrrrrgh, i had all my answers saved within matrices on my calculator and now i've accidently swiped the memory! My life is in tension for now:frown:

i remember getting something times 10^-9 for the wavelength too but doesn't it cause a diffraction grating because the wavelength is greater than the graphite spacing which was something x10^-10? or am i completely off point? also did any of you get something like 80% for the percentage efficiency question?
Someone please answer, omg, haha.

What did you get for v=k root T question?
about the speed, initially 0.94ms^-1
(Not sure if that's the write question actually haha)
I did V=F*lamba
so v is directly proportion to lamba, so if frequency increases by 2 the speed would also increases by 2
2*0.94 ms^-1? :/ probs got the wrong end of the stick

Think that must be right, I did it and a lot of people I know

I got 80%

3600-720/3600 time 100 =80%
