I think I understand what conditional means, it means that I have to get the grades I've stated I will get but I want to ask them for more information through e-mail, I just don't know how to start
Am I supposed to start with ''Dear Sir/Madam'' ? It feels a bit strange

I feel stupid asking this already, keep your jokes to yourselves

To Whom It May Concern is how I would start it, but Dear Sir/Madam is fine I reckon.

Well, I just wanted to make sure that this was what ''conditional'' meant to them.
Because I'm trying to get in the BA Hons in Music, I havn't stated the grades I will get yet, since I'm not sure ... If that makes sense.
So I just want to know what the conditions are. It's a little confusing.

Ok, so have Plymouth given you an offer on UCAS? Does it say "conditional" as the status?

They sent me an email recently saying ''congratulations on securing a place at Plymouth University, we look forward to seeing you'' and invited me on an ''Applicant Day''
So have I actually got a place or am I just a conditional ?
I'm very confused here

yeah I don't know why they put it like that. People who have unconditionals and conditionals will go to that anyway..so that confuses the matter for you more, I seeee.
But if UCAS is saying conditional. Then it's a conditional. So yeah, 260 points is what you'll need to get!
I got invited to an applicant day last year when I had a conditional.
ps; remember to quote me so I know that you've replied to me!

That's what you need to achieve then - they have said that you can have a place at Plymouth in September on the condition that you achieve 260 points including 2 A levels or 1 double award.

What are you currently studying and what qualifications do you already have?
