It varies, but mainly miserable tbh due to finding life rather disillusioning. Hopefully this will eventually change as I get older and past the awkwardness of being a young adult, but who knows.

I'm happy on most days, despite being fairly pessimistic, which I put down to being appreciative for all the little and big things that occur in my daily life. Anyway, this thread title is silly. Surely a better question would be, "How happy are you?".

Awww. It's partly a question of deciding - the world is a great place and there are loads of positive things to be happy about in it. I know some people really have a hard time growing up though and it can be tough for a lot of people, so it's perfectly understandable that teenagers often feel sad.
