So I have applied to four universities in the UK to study Physics; Nottingham, Leeds, Leicester and Liverpool. The problem is that I am only doing 2 A-levels.
I am predicted As for math and Physics A-level, and B's for Psychology and DT.
I started off with Math, Physics, Chemistry, Psychology in year 11. Dropped Chemistry midway, and discontinued Psychology to year 13. To make up for the missing A-level, I tried to undertake a whole A-level of DT, however seeing the huge amount of coursework, my teachers and myself were in question of it being realistic. Hence, I dropped the A2 and continued with just the AS.
Leicester replied saying that it would help my case if I indicated a reason why I only have 2 A-levels. Would the reason I mentioned above prove to be sufficient in being an explanation, or would it be frowned upon. Thank you.
