Chest gains were so so easy when I started lifting again in October... skipped legs due to ceebz due to marathon. Regret is high, chest is far too strong for legs

Lasted most of 2013, albeit a few relapses, I went mentally horny at one point and then libido starts going down and more manageable.

Lol I remember I got an erection so easily. Like my mate said "Oi, ------- wanted some help with endo" and BOOM instant erection. -------- wants me. Got erections on buses, looking at shampoo adverts, even talking to ****ing girls lol

well the big thing I'm quitting is porn, I feel you get a lot of benefits from quitting that.

with nofap, last year I got so much extra confidence, self-esteem etc and couple that with horniness and I had girls jumping on me, as I was more proactive. If I wanted to get sexual release I had to talk to girls.

Rather than going to the gym today, I was tasked with chopping wood, they now call me woodchuck. Chopped well over 100kg of logs in an hour.. could be a fair bit more. Shoulders and back are pretty knackered!

Brutal revision day left me with no gym time, it had closed by the time I finished.
Did 30-40 mins chopping wood with the axe, sledge and wood grenade
I'm becoming a cross fitter...

Will do some planks and some other ab stuff later. Any recommendations for bw ab exercises that I can do at home? Or any ab exercises that people do in the gym that are particularly good?

Woeful

Was feeling good
90kg 1 x 3
95kg 1 x 3
Felt easy
102.5kg 1 x 3 failed 4th
Oh dear, now for the rest of the session to capitulate
100kg 1 x 2
2 x 4
There wasnt a 5th on either of the next ones

OHP 20kg 1 x 7
30kg 1 x 2
40kg 1 x 5
45kg 1 x 2
50kg 1 x 4
Was like ****ing get in
1 x 2 Then a douchebag decided to walk under the bar when I was on the negative, threw me off my stride.
1 x 1 Never before have I felt weaker

Pull ups 1 x 6

Well these were better than the other day at least

Inverted rows 1 x *8*
1 x *8*
1 x *6*

I say that number of reps, but the floor is too slippery for that exercise, took all my strength in my abs and hamstrings to stop me sliding
Biceps also got ridiculously pumped after a couple of reps, never really had this problem, made it impossible to get full ROM

Oh dear. I know what the problem is - diet. Not eating enough, I'm eating sub maintenance - still losing weight, so ****ing hard to force myself to eat when revising.

Starting 1/2 GOMAD soon, watch this space.

Also - worked out how many calories I need to eat for a 500cal +ive calorie bulk... 5000 during term time apparently due to the cardio I do. (It was a T nation article linked on one of the fitness threads)
I usually have a big appetite, but eating that amount will be interesting

Typo lol 5k calories

And just another back exercise really, I usually do sitting cable rows, but at this gym I'm using I can't do it due to there not actually being a handle suitable, and the equipment isn't really suitable for pendlay rows or T bars

****ing mint session, I'm back, I have an appetite, I have energy, I got the buzz.. I'm buzzing. Gains will be made for once!

Some yoga stretching.. but to metal - none of this feel the energy course through your body; balls on youtube

Squat 20kg 1 x 10
40kg 1 x 5
60kg 1 x 5
80kg 1 x 3
90kg 1 x 3

As easy as ****, depth was good, would have gone to 102.5 but I wanted to prove to myself I could actually do it, if I stuck to the programme for once
110kg 1 x 1 Was like.. well that was easy
115kg 1 x 1 Flew up, had a slight oh **** moment at the sticking point having just got out of the hole, but pushed through easy enough. There was more in me, but I decided to save something in the legs

Deadlift
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 5 90kg
1 x 3 100kg
1 x 1 110kg Would have done a couple more but I didnt have any chalk on my hands, so I didn't have much of a grip
1 x 5 130kg 5kg short of what I was 2.5 weeks a ago, but pulling it from pretty much a deficit depth, was pleased with it. Form wasn't fab, wasn't leading with my chest as much as I should have been.

DB benching
18kg DBs 1 x 8
24kg DBs 1 x 8
36kg DBs 4 x 5 Some grindy reps, but I got there
1 x 3 Grip failed
30secs rest
1 x 2
If it wasn't for the two guys next to me screaming on their chest days (same guys from last week) I might have afforded myself a **** yes, but I kept it in my head

T bars (I discovered I was allowed to do it off the proper matting, which was a win)

60kg 3 x 8
Thats a PB by miles.

Far too happy with today, feel a lot better than I have for a good fortnight
