Not srs - Idm helping people who ask, he's a fresher, he absolutely **** himself everytime I spoke (the guy is 5'7 odd and less than 55kg I imagine). He is running SL5x5 and even has the app and has done his research. I ain't got no problem helping someone like that.

The only real noise is people deadlifting heavy or like snatch and cleaning and dropping the weight from head height.

- 160.0 kgs x 3 reps had a lower back pump, there is no point going on further.

Form was great, deadlifts felt the most natural in a long time. Solid m8
