Yes another practice. I've been unemployed for 3 months due to injury. I'm now working in a charity small animal.practice.

I see you've completed your PhD. I hope you're doing well!

Hope you're okay now? What was the injury? And that sounds really good, hope it goes well for you

And yep, now working as a postdoc. It's good, although I'm just tired all the time now!
An hour of winter training on weds. Today 45mins on reclined bike
50 lengths tonight, including 40 without stopping which is certainly a recent PB. Might have swam more consecutively when I was in my young teens
50 consecutive lengths last night. 1250m. Feels like a big lifting PB
Very impressive swimming
Cycled 50 mins on Thursday. An hour yesterday. Swam 40, 42 or 44 lengths consecutively today; lost count twice haha
You're swimming has come on so much.

Hope you're enjoying the new job and your injury is easier to manage.

Thanks mate, it's all in the pacing much like running. Just takes a while to find it.
Hope you're doing alright mate
60lengths consecutively - 1500m nailed it
An hour on the reclining bike today
1:30 walk yesterday

40 lengths in the pool first thing this morning. 1 hr 6 on reclining bike this afternoon
Strange this lockdown thing ain't it. I do a daily walk and that's about it.

Would run but can't, and I don't really think I can justify my road bike. Strange times
Sup brahs. Doing a bit of running, ran 2.5 miles in 22:33 which is decent enough for my 8th run in 3 weeks. I've done all the longer runs I've ever wanted to do in my life lol

hoping to get to 5k and then improve time from there

Glad to hear you can run again, it's a lot of fun! I was meant to run this morning but my left heel is actually a little sore.

Yeah ankle is holding up alright. Knees too. Just steady and making sure to take rest days
Everyone has gone it seems apart from Smack. Man is a legend.

I'm alive, but as with most of my life, injured. hurt my left shoulder playing cricket. Had a lot of physio on it, not much better. Can't swim. Been doing some reclined cycling at home.

However today, I went to the gym, because **** cardio. I lost all my old PBs when I broke my last phone. So here's today
