Very tired + pool closing so went HAM

Knee randomly seems to have almost healed, swelling has decreased a lot in the last fortnight or so. Still slightly swollen but really not much..... bizarre

Anyways, went and played some walking basketball (everyone else ran, I darent do much more than a slow jog lol ), ended up doing a pullup competition off a very thick diameter horizontal pole, managed 10 strict pull ups, easily. Maybe had one or two left.
Very surprised at doing that tbh!

You got a pull up bar at home? You could do some pull ups a few times a week alongside your swimming.

it might have been. i don't think he still updates here anymore but the latest update from him is he's training pretty much injury free atm and is on the natty train too.

Yes indeed it was lol. His knee tendonitis I believe was due to falling off a toilet chin up bar whilst smashed

Ahahah, tbh I always have a strong urge to bang out some chinups/pullupss when drunk. Just the feeling of invincibility and power I guess.

As it happens I got forcibly removed once from the student union's club room on a night out for doing just that on some random railing on the ceiling in the middle of the dance floor with some other guy I knew whilst drunk :tongue:. Something about health and safety and being dangerous which I didn't care much about at the time lel.
