Strange. I find I feel snatch grip deadlifts much more in my quads than hamstrings.


Might check my form then, was all kinds of lower back and hamstrings

Decent pace considering. Hoping to get more use out of my bike next term, providing the weather is decent.
Not sure how much training I'll manage in the next two weeks, got home at 6:30, then got to revise. Probs blast two sessions at the weekend and try and hold onto some of ma gainz which were coming nicely before my cold and end of term
