I love benching but my left scapula doesn't stay tight and comes away from the middle, hence I messed up my shoulder a while back, hence I don't bench anymore

What's your knowledge on it and do you do anything to fix it? Do you own any rehab tools? An easy first call is to get a lacrosse ball and go ham on everything.
