It should be translated as:

Sorry I deleted my original post, it's because I made some awkward typos and felt it was unnecessary as Polymath's answer was sufficient haha

But yes in that case it would be Nous avions une piscine près du parc because as the previous poster said de le= du

You should only use the 'du' not the 'du le' because 'du' means of THE, to THE etc.
