Family diet Watch
My father does the shopping, but recently he has been buying more junk than fruit, this past month I have felt so much more unhealthy.
So I proposed a diet.
I said I want to cut out all junk food, which my mum agrees on, but my dad is not so sure.
Limiting red meat and pork to once a week as generally when these are included in a meal the meal is much larger.
Then eating fish 3 times a week, and having a vegetarian meal twice a week.
Is this a reasonable diet? Feel free to write improvements or recipes.
