I am currently on my gap year as i finished sixth form last year and achieved 3 A levels all B's ,i have place at Brunel next year as i deferred however i am unsure about the course and more interested in loughborough in which the course requires 300 UCAS which i already have, however i got a D in maths gcse tried retaking it last year and got the same, i curious to see if the university will consider as the only thing i am missing is the C in maths GCSE?

Any advice please thanks guys

Yes. Most universities require a C+ at GCSE anyway as do some retail jobs. Though you already have an offer from Brunel, it'd be good to know that you have a pass at GCSE.

Would there be a possibility of me being able to contact the other university to see of they would consider me with the D at all do you think?
