Do universities see your grades for each unit or just the overall AS grade? I think I may have missed my A in Chemistry by a few marks and I wondered if this will effect me getting into a good uni. I hope I can bring my grade up to an A for the next unit which is worth more UMS.

You can show them to them or not, your choice. On UCAS you put in the grades, level of qualification etc, and have the option to fill in particular modules as well, or not.

The only exception is oxbridge, where they demand all your module grades etc
