Hello
I am going to Plymouth university next year and finding there doesn't seem to be as much student accommodation as other places. I have already been living in halls this year (at a different uni) so i'm not necessarily desperate to live in halls again.
Can anyone offer any advice/recommend anywhere?
Thanks ♥

Hiya,

If you want to be in halls you can book into private halls by unite, however, they are very expensive between 110-130 a week I believe. If not there is plenty of private accommodation around, do you know anyone else who you could look for a house with ? xx

Hi, I'm looking for housemates to share my current house with me next year. Rents are between £80-£82/week including gas, electric and water. I have an advert up at http://www.accommodationforstudents.....asp?id=560939 if you want to check it out. If you'd like any more details or photos, just give me a text/pm/email and I will try to help :-)

Due to a relatively recent expansion in student numbers and a lack of land in the city centre, Plymouth uni is pretty crap for halls provision. The good news is this means there are a lot of student houses available. You could have a look on rightmove, or contact some lettings agencies direct.

Thankyou I will have a look at your advert. I probably won't be able to visit so I would love to see some pictures. Also, is there a deposit for it?

hey guys!
There is a room available at 29 Regent Street for September 2013. It's all en-suites, and it's a lovely house! There's a quiet study room and a multi-gym aswell. Will be living with 5 other guys who are absolutely lovely and only 100 a week all inclusive!!
Reason I need replacing is due to leaving uni, message me if you are interested

i've recently booked a studio flat with studentrooms4plymouth and the house is in north road east

so far, the landlord has been very helpful and i am going to be paying £126p/week for mine which isn't so bad when you think that unite charge £136 for an ensuite room!
