I'm a bit stuck on what do do , so I need lots of advice. I'm finding school work very hard at the moment, I'm working so hard because I want to do well in my exams, I'm soooo stressed I'm making myself ill. I'm in year 11 at the moment with my GCSe's in June/Jully. Should I withdraw from some of my exams and retake them next year, or should I take a year out after my Gcse's instead of going to college, I woul apreciate as much help as possible.

I'm not sure you can withdraw your GCSE exams, If you are really worried go & speak to your head of year, s/he will discuss the options and find out whats best for you. I wouldn't suggest to withdraw from the exams now, as you will have spent all year preparing for an exam which you chose not to take.

But talk with your subject teachers and your head of year, they will help.

Don't worry, most people get very stressed in Year 11. Just try and put it into perspective- if there's any that don't go as well as you needed, you can just resit them in January. You may as well have a shot at them now rather than withdrawing from them and having to sit them in your A Level years when your workload will be quite heavy. Just try not to panic- most people in my year got much better results than they expected they would and once you're into Year 12 you wonder why you got so worked up about them
