Meat Management is one of my favourites but my all time favourites have got to be Cake Decorating and Pastry and Chocolate Managment lol

Did you read about studying media studies at LSE?
They've made it very academic and more respected the way they do it.

They don't do an undergraduate degree in Media and their masters in media is more like a post-grad journalism course which most jornalists do have after doing a different first degree.
