How do I differentiate y^2 + x^2 = 1?

d(y^2)/dy.dy/dx +d(x^2)/dx = d(1)/dx
2y.dy/dx + 2x = 0
dy/dx = -x/y

On the subject of differentiation if I differentiated 480 (e^kt) do I get this?

480 k(e^kt)
