LOL.

Thats what I mean - no one really does care about the Top 40, which used to be the thing everyone listened to when picking their songs!

The toxic video is one of the sexiest vids i've ever seen (if we neglect the various pornographic vids i've veiwed lol.).

Basically the UK Top 40 is total and utter trash, I mean a song (if you could even dignify it with that title) like Cha-Cha slide is number one! Absolute total farce, the nation wants to wise itself up.

I think they should do a download chart.

It would be interesting to see what would be the most popular song(s) then.

DJ Casper...hate it. Irritating and a poor rehash of the version released a couple of years ago. Britney's Toxic & Jamelia's Thank You are really catchy. Cheesy as it is, Mysterious Girl is such a great feel-good record.

Fave song of the Top 40 at the mo is jazzman James Cullum's cover of Pharrell's Frontin' (#12 in chart), very classy.

I like songs that don't do very well in the charts, i like singers like Michelle Branch and John mayer and Vanessa Carlton that write thier own music and play thier own instruments. They get to 34 and thier songs are much better than the patronising crap that get to number 1 like Cha cha slide and the fast food rockers and other Novelty records.
Rant over sorry

Like all the songs you named there.

The "Cha Cha" song is one of those novelty dance songs, which will probably end up with a popular dance move across the country.
