    hi
does anyone know a different, more accurate way of measuring current and voltage in the resistance experiment of different wires? do you know if it makes it more accurate?

You need to make sure that the current doesn't become too high, otherwise this causes even greater resistance across the wire and therefore the values you obtain would not be dependant on the one variable - The wire you were testing.

To ensure this, try and use a low voltage throughout the experiment, so that the current passing though the wire is also low.

instead use a rheostat which controls the resistivity, I can't remember exactly but I put that...
