    At the moment, I am currently 20 years of age, 6 ft and weigh close to 11 stone (my weight fluctuates quite a bit). I'm relatively fit, and regularly participate in other sports as well (i.e. Badminton).
    I have a rather skinny physique, thus being hardly any fat there.

    I am currently juggling playing for a semi-pro Football club whilst at University. I'd ideally like to have a physique like Ronaldo's as there is a balance of speed, power and strength.
    I don't want to become too bulky, as I fear this could limit my movement/speed.

    So, does anyone have any tips on diet and perhaps an exercise plan that would be ideal to get this physique?

    P.s. I'm an absolute gym noob.
