Lmao what are the two birds you're talking about?
Kill two birds with one stone - in marrying you (the stone), he has you/your eye (one bird) and a British passport (the other bird) Have you never heard the phrase 'Kill two birds with one stone' before or something?

Thank God I didn't do Biology, hate the subject my college also has a problem getting a full time teacher so they've missed about 3 weeks worth of stuff to learn..

Maybe a little bit what are you aiming to do at uni?

I wouldn't mind the offer though, atleast it would be a confidence boost
Oh man ahha I actually love Biology but it's just AQA that ruins it for me
Erm well I'm not sure, I've applied for midwifery but don't know if that's what I really want to do so may take a gap year
Thinking of medicine but I'm not sure
Tbh I can do anything I set my mind to (I think) so maybe even become an actuary... I just don't know

It's just that I didn't know what the other 'bird' was, I knew you were talking about the passport but I just don't think I'm as beautiful as the passport tbh:rolleyes:

Why would they care if they are already is Southall hahaha? If immigration officers come looking for non-British Nationals, how will they pick out faces amongst the thousands of brownies there

Medicine and actuarial science.. it seems you also have some brains
Just follow what really interests you and then form your career from there, that's what I say.
No point studying something that you don't want to!

    Ahah maybe

Thing is I equally love both science and maths so could go into any of those.. I like a lot of things it's just figuring out what I like the most (which I need to do soon)

Since I got 3A*s, does that make me inherently clever, or just good on paper?

Maybe a joint honours is for you?

I love Maths but I don't like statistics.. Physics is also very interesting so I get to remove all my statistics modules and I have Physics instead.. works perfect for me and i can specialise in either in the future too

Do you mind Rishtas? Like wouldn't you want to get to know the person pretty well first? It's just that I remember you posting in the old I-Soc saying that you used to be into that GF-BF stuff before you decided to become more pious :holmes:
i think before you get a proper Rishta you're allowed to get to know the person. In my case thats what my parents have told me. Unless they were lying I do think it is neccersary to get to know the person you're going to spend your life with. My family history is somehow filled with "love marriages" My Mum and Dad for example, they had a mixture. The best story i've heard was my grandparents, they fell in love in India after the separation of Pakistan, and ran away to Pakistan after their families did not allow them to get married My mum has always told me to get to know the person. In this case i do know this Kutti quite well as her family are family friends

Yeah i was, i've certainly been in several relationships which is a concern for me. Luckily (back then i would say unluckily) I never *did* anything But I often think that some girls are so pious and religious, they don't really deserve someone like me who only just practised religion for about 6-7 years now and someone with my background
