I know this has probably been asked a million times before, but if you had £80,000 to spend on (only) a car, what would you get?

I'd probably get a Mercedes CLS 63 AMG.

An R8. I appreciate it would have to be a couple of years old, but I could live with that. Or a Mustang.

    Why, are you offering?

A guy I know has an R8, the V8 version, in red. Quite a nice car indeed.

Gotta be a Shelby GT 500? or an 'Eleanor'?

Unfortunately not this is all hypothetical

If I could mix the power of the Shelby GT 500 with the style of the normal GT, I'd be a very happy woman.

Eight brand new Smart cars. I can take them into the rough part of town, get my *****es in the boot, and I have seven left in case one of them gets stolen whilst I'm there.

The f10 M5, Nissan GT-R and Porsche Panamera would be very tempting, but I'd have to go for a

Maserati Granturismo, in red. (MC Stradale if I found one cheap enough, if not, just a regular granturismo )
