Lads: Would you want a warning? Watch

Ok so I'm not really sure how to word this. Some girls obviously have larger labias (or flaps, as they're so called sometimes) which means they have extra skin around their vagina, and their inner lips poke out of their outer lips it's just a bit of skin, no big deal.
If you were in a relationship with said girl and were going to have sex with her would you want a warning? Like for her to sit you down and explain to you that she had that problem, so that you'd expect it? Or would you rather just find out in the heat of the moment? And would it put you off in any way?
I'm 18, a virgin, and have this problem. It makes me so upset, and paranoid that all future relationships are doomed. Planning on surgery when I can afford it though.

Why is it a problem? you called it a problem... what about it is problematic exactly? (genuine question... I honestly don't know)

lol - no, not at all!

I honestly wouldn't think anything of it and it certainly wouldn't put me off! I've had all shapes and sizes!
But if you sat me down and 'warned me'... that would put me off, I'd be terrified to peek inside your knickers if I had to be pre-warned of something!?

Also, I don't understand what you mean by 'problem'. What's the actual problem?

Most women's inner labia are visible outside their outer labia.

Stop thinking about surgery and start loving your vulva.

As people have said, in so many words, above, its not a problem. Unless its causing you a problem physically, the only problem is that you see it as a problem.

It is not a problem at all. It is cool. My friend was worried about that too, as she is very full lipped, so to speak. I can report that no bf has found it an issue whatsoever. In fact she tells me they all loved how she looks and she wonders why she ever worried about it.

We are all different and you are blessed with some gorgeous labia that the boys are going to really enjoy playing with. Just let them discover how beautiful they are for themselves. Then you will start to love them yourself too......

The only way it might become a problem is if you sit him down for an awkward chat about something that isnt an issue, it just puts pressure on you both and makes a mountain out of a molehill. Body confidence is sexy, labia are sexy, combine the two and dont look back.

It would be ****ing weird if a woman started talking about something like this.

Like all gentlemen that have encountered their fair share of vaginas I'm perfectly aware that they can vary substantially and in the end pussy is pussy AND IT'S THE BEST.

You're anonymous, so I can't send you a PM, but by complete coincidence - honestly - today I saw a link to a tumblr site for fans of larger inner labia. There are a lot of examples there and there's clearly a substantial group of men who adore them.

It isn't a problem at all...

It would become a problem if you sat someone down to say that, because then they will expect something horrible - when in reality it is perfectly normal.
It's a little bit odd, but if you search 'vaginasoftheworld' on google there's a whole tumblr showing that vaginas are all different...

It's not a problem, it's a fact of life. Any guy who views this as a problem is just an ********....

I've got quite large inner labia and I have never been with a guy who has even commented/noticed it, let alone been turned off by it! I was so worried about looking abnormal down there for so long until the first time I was sexually intimate with a guy and realised that it isn't a big deal at all and they really don't care.

I worry to the extent that I'm putting off having children because I don't want anyone to see "down there" but now I've sen vaginasoftheworld (thank you SO much for posting that) I realise that midwives/doctors etc will have seen LOADS that are smaller, the same, and bigger than mine- and that now I come to think of it, there are probably better things to worry about where childbirth is concerned!!

Honestly, and i'm not just saying this, women worry way too much about what their vagina looks like. Even ones that have the inner lips stick out like you have described are perfectly attractive.

Please don't be insecure about it! The variety is what makes them all beautiful!

Sexual organs in general aren't exactly pretty, so stop worrying.

Op, it isn't a problem, everyone is different and anyone who would find this a problem isn't worth your attention.
It would not affect sex and the guys shouldn't care as all vaginas look different we don't all look like porn stars down there! :P
