I am worried about my weight. I am about 5 foot 7 and weight about 7.5 stone. I am at uni so am very busy withh lectures etc. I really want to put on weight, yet I have very little appetite, and sometimes can not stomach alot of food. Does anyone have any advice on how to improve the situation as I am getting worried about my health.

if you're low on time then it can be hard to put in the extra effort, some things i've found that help me are..
high calorie drinks (like starbucks, anything milky/creamy)
ready meals are fast and can be high in calories, look out for these
eat little and often, every few hours, just keep snacking in between lectures!

Eat many times a day tiny portions.
I am eating a fruit after every lecture. I actually put on a few pounds. On the other hand I need to wait a few months to see if it wasn't the pill. I quit it a month ago.
