I have 7 weeks of A2 left before exam leave and im close to dropping out due to depression (for which ive been prescribed anti-depressants). College has become unbearable and i accept that im entirely to blame as it seems my college would otherwise be a great place to study. However i know my grades will be 10X better if i spend the last term studying from home. My communication with the college tutors is very poor and i havnt checked my attendance for along time in fear of how low it is. I dont even bother to authorise my absenses.
Am i going to have to pay for the entry fees ??

You really need to talk to someone at the college to make sure they understand what it going on.
With poor attendance/unathorised/unexplained absence the college can have problems with your funding as a student and could cancel your summer exam entries at any time. They could also refuse to accept you as a private candidate leaving you potentially unable to complete your qualifications. Make sure you, or if you can't deal with it a parent/guardian, talks to someone and agrees what is the best plan for you.
