How to ask a girl out Watch

I really like this girl in my class at uni and I think she likes me. Just wanted suggestions on how I ask her out. Should I use the word date?
If she says no, should I keep pestering her? The thing is I'm very confident that she likes me so I was wandering if I should say that I like her and I know she likes me so I want to take you out on a date..Really have no idea how to go about this?????

please please do not say "i know u like me" just ask her out for a meal, or to the pub or for a coffee and see how it goes from there

Trust me..if she really wants you, you won't have to pester her. Never do that with any girl because it's lame. Just be yourself and say to her something along the lines: "fancy a coffee or a drink sometime..?"

change your facebook relationship status and see if she does the same.

This is the real world, not the big bang theory.
To the OP just say would you fancy having a drink with me

Plan a night out with some friends and ask if she wants to come with some of her friends. If she really is into you she will most likely jump at the chance.

Unless your already (good) friends with her, she'll know you mean date when asking her out for a drink; avoiding the word date just means it feels more casual.

It can sound a little cheesy if you use the word date.

Ask her for a drink or whatever (and the fact that it's just you two should be a big enough hint), and then assuming it goes well try and kiss her at the end (which will make it perfectly clear you weren't asking her as a friend).

Or have some sort of conversation that leads to you being able to say something along the lines of, so when did you last go on a date? then follow it with, are you free Thursday? or so do you want to get a drink? It'll probably sound a bit forced but if she likes you she'll go along with it, and it makes it clear it's a date from the start.

If she ignores you, do something to get her attention by doing some pushups in front of her or something.

You - "Will you be my Girlfrien?"

Her - "You missed out the D?!"

You - "Don't worry, I'll give you that later."

Sorry for using such an overused joke :ashamed:
