Hi, could someone please clarify if I can qualify as a UK or EU student:
I am currently living and studying A Levels in Spain (have been for around 10 years or so).
    I am a British National/Citizen.
I have close family living and working in the UK (not my parents though).
I don't have an NI number.
I have a UK bank account.

    Thanks

Hey AeroPlane04, in order to qualify as a UK student in your case, you need to have been living in the UK for 3 years prior to the start of your course. If you are planning on coming to University straight after you have finished your A-Levels you wouldn't have built up these three years. This would mean you would qualify for a Tuition Fee loan and pay the Home/EU Fee rate, but you wouldn't receive any Living Cost loans or grants.
