How to get a chair transported without a car? Watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm a student in London and I have bought a chair off ebay. It is collection only so I need to transport it from Romford to Kingscross. As a bit of a chair enthusiast, I have been in this situtation before and have used Addison Lee but this time they are quoting £55 which seems a little expensive. I will pay it if I have to but can anyone reccomend a company who might be able to do it cheaper? It isn't urgent so they can take a couple of days if they need to. The only thing is, it wont be in a box or anything which might put off delivery firms.

Do you know anyone that has a car that may give you a lift? or can you not use a taxi firm?
